Data processed when you visit

The hosting environment may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and security events. This information is used to deliver the website, maintain availability, diagnose faults and protect the service against misuse.

The legal basis is GABRING’s legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. Technical information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and legal obligations.

Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form, GABRING processes the name, email address, subject and message you provide. The form also records the IP address and browser user-agent for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Retention

Enquiries are kept until the matter is resolved and afterwards only where reasonably necessary for the business relationship, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Security and rate-limiting information is kept only for the period needed to protect the service.

Cookies and similar storage

The website uses storage needed for security and remembering your privacy choice. With your permission, a first-party measurement function also counts aggregate interest in the three diagnostic offers. No external analytics or advertising service is connected.

Necessary storage cannot be disabled through the preference panel because the relevant feature could not work securely without it. Optional measurement is inactive until you grant permission. It does not create profiles, distinguish unique visitors, store IP addresses or user-agent information, or send measurement data to an external analytics provider.

The introduction of this first-party measurement resets earlier privacy choices so visitors can make a new informed decision. If its purposes, technology, provider or retention period changes materially, this notice and consent choice will be updated again.
